Campaign voiceovers are not fully dubbed in all languages – often only English and a few others have voice lines. Text will still change.

Some regional voice packs have lower baseline volumes than the standard English mix. To balance this, go to the in-game audio settings, lower the "Music" and "Effects" sliders to 70%, and keep "Master Volume" and "Speech" at 100%.
