For beginners, characters with less than 4 Defense are highly punishing . Try starting with well-rounded, higher-defense legends like Bodvar , Val , Orion , or Ragnir .

If you find yourself dying too early, pick a Legend with at least 6 Defense (like Sir Roland or Kor). If you prefer fast, rushdown gameplay, look for a Speed stat of 6 or higher (like Hattori or Thea). For beginners, characters with less than 4 Defense
